1. What were the top three memorable moments on your wedding day? Why?
Groom:
1 Seeing Joanne walk down the aisle. It was a dream come true.
2 Having shots with friends and partying at the reception.
3 The sparkler grand exit. It was a lot fun playing with those things and seeing the guests enjoying themselves.
Bride:
1 My dad walking me down the aisle and seeing Victor for the first time that day. I couldn’t stop smiling.
2 Mine and Victor’s entrance dance at the reception. We had fun practicing and it was so entertaining for our family and friends since they’ve never seen us dance before.
3 Dancing with my parents and siblings at the end of the night. Even though I was drunk dancing, this is something I’ll always remember and treasure. I didn’t expect my whole family to be dancing with me since they’re usually so shy! They’ve got some killer dance moves too!!

2. where are you going for your honeymoon? Any special reason for going there?
We haven’t planned our honeymoon destination yet! We’re hoping to go somewhere early next year to escape Edmonton’s cold winters. Victor likes to relax on the beach and Joanne likes to site see so we’re going to find a place where we can do both.

3. What are the best wedding advices that you want to share with other couples?

On the wedding day: Enjoy the day – it really does go by fast! Don’t fuss over every little detail because some things are out of your control. It is your special day, just remember to have fun!! A little bit of alcohol helps too!

Marriage advice: make time for each other, laugh together and choose to love each other even in the moments when you don’t like each other – remember that marriage is a lifelong commitment and there is no winner or loser in arguments. You are partners in everything so give your best to each other!!
